All orders are processed within approximately 48 hours (2 business days) after they are placed, unless otherwise noted.
Processed orders are then forwarded to our shipping partners for delivery.
Processing time does not include delivery transit time.

Large, Heavy or Pallet Items: QDM
If your item is oversized or heavy, our team may contact you with a revised shipping cost based on dimensions and handling requirements.
3. Shipping Costs (Based on Weight)
For heavy or oversized items, shipping costs may vary. The delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight and dimensions of your order. You will see the final shipping price before completing your purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time begins after processing is complete:
Melbourne Metro: approx. 1–2 business days
Geelong: approx. 2–3 business days
Bendigo: approx. 3–4 business days
Pallet / Oversized orders: delivery time varies

Shipping charges are shown in AUD at checkout (per Google guidelines).
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or local conditions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at the time of purchase.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply.
