The 6″ SuperFlex Smooth Cassette Hose is designed for demanding vacuum truck, non-destructive digging and industrial material-handling applications. Its high flexibility allows the hose to feed, retract and store efficiently within compatible cassette systems while maintaining reliable suction performance.
This hose is manufactured to the same hose specification used on compatible SPV cassette systems, providing a practical, top-quality replacement option.
The smooth internal tube is manufactured from super abrasion-resistant black SAR rubber to withstand abrasive material transfer. Multiple textile reinforcement plies and a twin steel-wire helix help maintain the hose structure under vacuum, while the abrasion- and weather-resistant NR/SBR outer cover provides protection in demanding site conditions.
