The 6″ Gate Valve Brass BSP is a quick-acting, lever-operated valve designed for flow isolation in compatible vacuum excavation, tank truck and industrial fluid-transfer systems.
The internal wedge consists of two horizontally pivoting discs designed to align with the tapered valve seat when closed. This design assists with achieving a secure shut-off across the large 6-inch flow path.
Its large internal capacity helps reduce the risk of clogging when handling compatible liquids or material-containing flows. The brass body provides robust industrial construction, while anti-corrosion stainless steel screws support use in demanding operating environments.
The valve is fitted with a BSP threaded connection for integration into compatible pipework and equipment.
